Tile backer boards provide a stable, water-resistant surface for tiling in bathrooms, wetrooms and other wet areas. They can be used on walls and floors and are particularly useful around showers, baths and other areas regularly exposed to moisture.

Unlike standard plasterboard, waterproof tile backer boards are designed specifically for use in wet environments.
