We do not knowingly buy goods made in China or associated countries. See warranty below. Beta screens are English, our own brand and kite marked.
Service
We aim to ensure your contact with us is friendly, efficient and speedy. We deliver 90% of items the next day and well do before noon or before 10.30 on request (carriage charge applicable).
Order values of £130 are carriage-free.
The remaining 10% of items are sent with a fragile foods carrier on a 3 day service, leaving Tuesday or Friday. We always go the extra mile to satisfy and frequently despatch free-of-charge goods.
Pricing
We are never shy of discussing prices. Our motto, printed on each page of the price list is "When Value Matters". Our prices will never be in the top 10%, but usually in the lowest 10%. Our prices are not just "competitive" as that means run of the mill - we are ultra-competitive.
If you need a special deal, just ask. For regular customers we can add £5-600 to your net profit in purchasing savings.
Customer Care
This may be your first foray into wetrooms. We will patiently spend time with you on the telephone, guiding you towards the most suitable solution and explaining how the products are fitted.
Buying from us is not laborious or time consuming: we do not have automated answerphones but real people ready to help you. We will accept verbal ordering. It is easy and fast to deal with us.
After-Sales Service
Although instructions are supplied with every product, the installer may still need a reassuring voice over the phone for some technical issues. Our literature of P.O.S material is readily available. Problems are quickly resolved. Assistance sourcing realted products. Advice line always manned. Your recommendation is worth a hundred adverts; we try to exceed expectations.
Warranty
Most products have a 10 yr makers guarantee. The underlay formers and tanking / membranes have a life-of-tiling warranty. Beta screens, our own brand, have a lifetime warranty: beyond this we will always send out a piece of hardware free of charge.

We are a National distributor and manufacturer. We export Worldwide. We supply local Authorities, house builders, NHS, architects, plumbers merchants and bathroom outlets.
