Thin Base: 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 27mm fits flush with floorboards ie level access, no step
Trimmable Edges: 150mm (or more with care)
Drain: Central or Offset, Horizontal or Vertical pipe outlet
Floor Type: Concrete or Timber Joists, all types, no limit
Tanking Kit: Seals the wet area including joints and corners
